Letisha holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Her background includes over 1,900 hours in healthcare quality improvement and risk management, where she led initiatives that significantly reduced hospital-acquired injuries and transformed fall prevention protocols.
